This is why I like the CMQ railroad before CP took over it. I love how they had so much colorful leasers and the blue cmq locomotives pulling their trains through Maine & Quebec.

Norfolk Southern has acquired both CMQ AC4400CWs. CPKC's lease on 1002 and 1006 expired back in June, and NS picked them up.

This is the train had become a runaway and derailed in lac magantic all the witnesses they saw the train was speeding up heading towards at them and derails but it wasnt 5 locos it was the tankers but we dont know what happend the train did they reparied it or did they scrap it

5017 was the leader of mma 2 the cruide oil train that derailed.

I was going to point out that the leader of this train (MMA 5017) was the same leader that led Train #2 into Lac-Megantic and caused a massive explosion, but others have already pointed that out for me. I have heard though that this locomotive was scrapped sometime in 2020 sadly.

MMA probably went bankrupt due to the lac megantic rail disaster back in July 6 2013
